Candidates must possess:
- Proven experience in successfully coaching ICT applications development teams in Agile practices.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- High level relationship management skills, including the ability to lead and inspire team members to achieve quality outcomes.
Required skills and experience:
- Agile Coach with a minimum 5 years experience in an applications development environment.
