Are you an experienced Test Manager looking for a new opportunity and the chance to join a leading telecommunications company?
In this senior contract role, you will be a part of the Systems Engineering Team and report to the Systems Engineering Manager!
The successful candidate's duties will include.
- Development of the Verification and Validation Plan (V&VP) including test strategies, approach and objectives, costing and estimation of testing effort required for all Service Towers
- Contribute to the preparation of an Integrated Reliability, Maintainability and Testability Plan
- Coordinate the design, preparation, implementation and execution of component/unit integration
- Coordinate the design, preparation, implementation and execution of load/stress and performance testing
- Measure progress and quality of the test program in order to control and monitor the Test Team and the Test Plan
- Monitor and measure test results in order to provide feedback on project progress
- Issue test reports and collect test data as required by the project plans
Skills and experience required:
- A strong background in systems test management
- Well developed analytical and engineering design development expertise
- Experience with System Engineering Plan Methodology and the delivery of complex ICT Engineering Plans and Specifications utilizing the framework.
- Formal qualifications in test engineering and management
- Experience in test management in multi-discipline (hardware and software) and complex projects
- Systems Engineering Tools in particular DOORS
- Substantial test team management experience
