As a Cisco Engineer - CCVP / CCIE you will be responsible to provide design, planning and documentation relating to enterprise telecommunications infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities
- Provision of voice/video related telecommunications design and where necessary implementation services for the deployment phases. This will typically involve Cisco equipment and applications/software. Voice and video would include IPTel, digital signage, video conferencing including real time collaboration and corporate (IP) TV.
- Liaison with and supervision of contract or internal staff to perform implementation activities including equipment installation and switch/router programming, testing and commissioning.
- Provide high level advice and consultancy services to senior management and clients.
- Preparation of documentation: system diagrams, maintenance of standards, test plans and work instructions.
Your Skills
- Demonstrated relevant experience in IPTel/VoIP and relevant video systems (digital signage, video conferencing including real-time collaboration and corporate IP TV), QoS, data communication design, implementation, testing and documentation
- Demonstrated relevant experience in a large enterprise environment
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager, video conferencing, IP TV and digital media product sets.
- CCVP / CCIE (Voice) qualifications, relevant bachelor IT or engineering degree desirable.
