ICT Technical Writer..EL1 Non-ongoing Contract..ASAP start
Canberra
Join a large Government department in Canberra as their newest Technical Writer where you will be responsible for the development & maintenance of ICT Service Continuity & ICT Disaster Recovery documents.

Support the overall Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) of the organisation & provide advice & guidance on technical writing related issues as it relates to ICT Service Continuity.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • ICT Technical Writing skills
  • Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders, end-users & the ICT teams
  • Experience in ICT workshop / group facilitation
  • Experience in delivering ICT requirements documentation, such as functional specifications & work flows
  • Apply analytical & logical thinking to gathering & analysing information, designing & testing solutions to problems, & formulating analysis plans
  • Apply problem solving techniques to specific situations
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills with a positive attitude

Highly Desirable:
  • Ability to examine & maintain ICT Business Continuity, ICT Crisis & Disaster Recovery plans procedures & processes.

It is essential that all applicants must be Australian Citizens in order to undergo security clearance process.
