Join a large Government department in Canberra as their newest Technical Writer where you will be responsible for the development & maintenance of ICT Service Continuity & ICT Disaster Recovery documents.
Support the overall Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) of the organisation & provide advice & guidance on technical writing related issues as it relates to ICT Service Continuity.
Key Skills and Experience:
- ICT Technical Writing skills
- Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders, end-users & the ICT teams
- Experience in ICT workshop / group facilitation
- Experience in delivering ICT requirements documentation, such as functional specifications & work flows
- Apply analytical & logical thinking to gathering & analysing information, designing & testing solutions to problems, & formulating analysis plans
- Apply problem solving techniques to specific situations
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and people skills with a positive attitude
Highly Desirable:
- Ability to examine & maintain ICT Business Continuity, ICT Crisis & Disaster Recovery plans procedures & processes.
