We are seeking a Billing and Revenue Management SME to lead the billing support team and liaise with customer staff.
The contractor will have the following experience:
- 7+ years experience leading technical teams including Portal Infranet/BRM teams
- 12+ years experience working in the Telco Billing Domain (Billing SME)
- 8+ years of working experience in designing and implementing Portal Infranet/Oracle BRM billing systems
- 7+ years BRM design leadership (including client workshops/consulting)
Specific BRM experience in Design, Customisation and Configuration including all of
- Invoice and Collections
- Customer Management
- A/R Management
- BRM Client Customisations
- BI Publisher
- BRM Batch Processes
Mandatory skills - the absolute minimum skill level required for the candidate to be considered:
- Extensive experience supporting BRM.
- Team leading.
- Client liaison at senior levels
Preferred skills - the ideal skills you would like the candidate to have:
- Good to have Technical skills:
- Knowledge of C, Oracle SQL, Perl Script, Shell Scripting
