Successful candidates will have a strong background in wealth management/ superannuation, with experience in operational compliance.
Requirements:
- Provide impact analysis, guidance and direction in relation to legislative changes.
- Gather and document, business requirements in relation to legislative changes; liaison point with developers and testers to ensure solution meets requirements and requirements are understood;
- Planning and execution of testing in relation to change
- Provide technical support to staff including up to date analysis and training in respect of current regulatory issues
- Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and supporting infrastructures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide pragmatic compliance support to internal/external resources
- Ensure that delivered outcomes meet clients and legislative requirements.
- Increase activity with leading industry bodies to better facilitate representation of our clients position and issues.
- Enhance operational compliance monitoring and management programs to ensure appropriate monitoring of compliance with all significant regulatory obligations
Preferred skills:
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and delivery as needed Utilise your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using concise language.
