One of Australia's most well known organisations is currently undergoing a major website transformation.
This challenging initiative requires a vibrant and engaging Program Manager to deliver key online initiatives across the business. You will be driven, adaptable to changing environments and have the ability to control a complex and large program of work.
You will have very strong experience in the online space and have achieved successful outcomes in previous senior business management roles within large, cross-functional organisations.
This role provides you with the opportunity to make a difference and steer an organisation towards providing an overall better online experience for millions of customers. Your accomplished management skills are required in order to lead a large team in delivering online applications and enhancements that allow customers to buy, manage their accounts and self serve. This role also has a heavy strategic component to it and will see you designing new, more efficient ways for customers to use the site.
Accountabilities include:
- Execution of a project management methodology/migration strategy
- Develop strategies to improve the customer's online experience
- Coordinate migration activities that entice customers to utilise online services
- Managing and motivating teams
- Monitoring performance of online applications
- Stakeholder management
- Managing budget/funds and meeting project deadlines
- Establishing and managing project deliverables
Experience required:
- Substantial experience in senior roles within an online environment
- Extensive experience managing complex projects ($20 million plus) in large organisations
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and staff
- Ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically
