A leading Telecommunications Giant is Sydney's CBD, is seeking a Transition Asset Manager to join their CBD based office on an initial 12 month contract.
In this role, you will receive and process requests for hardware & software, to meet the requirements of Operating Level Agreements, Service Level Agreements or Client Contractual Agreements. You will also coordinate, receive, and record delivery of materials to ensure accurate fulfilment, asset recording and client billing.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excel data manipulation and solid database skills (any considered with ACCESS preferred)
- Understanding of Asset Management systems
- Good working knowledge of Remedy
- Understanding and working knowledge of SAP.
- Good experience working to SLA's
