Working in a modern, funky, ECO friendly building in Subiaco in a team in a team of 7, you will be reporting to the Service Desk Analyst. The organisation is flat structured though and allows a certain amount autonomy if the tasks are being completed to the high standard required.
There are 1300 users and your primary role will be to ensure upgrades, implementation, resolving issues and planning future tasks. This a behind the scenes role and when required you will be working on long term projects with the Project Manager.
The technical skills required for this role are:
Windows 2003 (will be migrating 2008 soon)
VM Ware
Citrix
HP Blades
SAN Storage
ITIL Framework
