A fantastic permanent opportunity exists for an Applications Specialist within a major website refresh program - based in Melbourne.
This role requires a highly organised and dynamic individual who can manage and maintain business requirements and an IT pipeline for content management applications and related systems. You will primarily be managing the ongoing performance metrics of the Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM) application.
Accountabilities:
- Managing UCM applications
- Updating and communicating change requests
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Raise and manage iTAM dockets for application incidents
- Raise and manage Content Work Requests
- Vendor Management
- Involvement in configuration management
- Involvement in UAT testing
In essence, you must be technically minded enough to understand different platforms and content management systems, but creative enough to think laterally. This is a fast paced environment and the ability to be flexible and adaptable is essential.
