Transformation Manager
Sydney
Our major telecommunications client has the need for an experienced Transformation Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Transformation Manager is accountable in developing and then executing a systems strategic roadmap that provides a competitive advantage in the way services are delivered to customers. The expected capital budgets for the delivery of these programs will be over $50M. It is critical that this role has an understanding of the technical complexities of the current technologies and systems integration environment as well as a technically sound on emerging technologies and delivery methodologies.

Essential Skills and Experience -
  • Engineering or IT Systems Degree
  • 7+ years experience in Technology and Infrastructure
  • 7+ years experience in a Telco Environment
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Track Record of on-target performance
  • Online Experience essential
  • Strong Business process knowledge
