Our client is looking for an experienced Software Development Manager, to join their rapidly expanding team of .Net Professionals. Successful candidates will have a strong technical ability, mixed with a personable 'hands on' management style that is conducive with the culture. Bridging the gap between technology and business, you will successfully drive projects forward.

Objective:

Deliver high quality software applications to realise commercial objectives through a coordinated and disciplined team result that leverages individual contributions, astute accountability management and insightful project planning.

Requirements:

Strong technical background in .Net C#: WCF/WPF Fundamentals, Object Orientated Concepts, .NET framework, developing web applications

Proven experience in managing/leading teams of developers - full management lifecycle (reviews, KPI's, Recruitment, training)

Develop deep understanding of commercial objectives by engaging with relevant project participants and meetings during project planning phase.

Manage all team members proactively to ensure they are appropriately skilled and motivated to perform their assigned tasks to a consistently high standard.

Develop strong relationships across the Technology teams and foster a spirit of teamwork among department and colleagues of other departments.

Desirable:

Background in Financial services/ Banking Domain

Experience in developing/ managing IOS Projects (IPhone/IPad)
