A newly created role available within a developing test environment for a leading bank in the CBD.
Major accountabilities of position:
- Accountable for the following for multiple projects operating in parallel at a portfolio level
- Responsible for negotiating and securing environment support partnership agreements from all required parties.
- Provide test environment consultation to multiple projects
- Participate in test phase entry assessment
- Participate in project change request and defect management processes
- Perform root cause analysis on test environment problems.
- Monitor the performance and health of the integrated test environments.
- Responsible for actioning Change Management System (CMS) requests.
- Assist with test environment scheduling (Projects, BAU activities)
- Periodic reporting of test environment status for all projects in portfolio
- Ensure that the provision of the service complies with the departments policies, processes, standards and procedures.
- Actively contribute to the continuously improvement of the service.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in the planning, coordination and control of integrated test environments within a large corporate environment
- Testing background/qualifications
- Test management experience
- Service Delivery Level
- Account management, Governance and process driven
