Be responsible for undertaking the Knowledge Management role to ensure compliance of policy and procedures, coordinating, establishing and maintaining the knowledge management process with Service Providers.
This is a unique opportunity, there is currently no framework in place.
You will be responsible for putting this together!

Qualifications: Degree in related ICT activities or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree Proven experience developing and improving knowledge or content management systems
Experience:
- 10 years of Knowledge Management experience
- Experience developing KCS based processes and implementing across a large organisation /program.
- Experience in IT environment
- Technical Writer Skills to be able to access knowledge articles, rewrite as appropriate and keep them up to date to reflect developments in the IT environment.
Skills and abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of ITIL Knowledge Management
ITIL v3 preferred.
Past experience in working with service provider or with government agencies or within engineering company.
Australian citizenship is s pre-requisite for federal government clearances.
PERMANENT salaried position - commensurate with experience.
