Global organisation seeks a charismatic Infrastructure Manager for their Asia Pacific region.
This role will see the incumbent responsible for the mentoring, leadership and development of a team of Support & Operations professionals, as well as implementation of process and procedure that will support further business growth.
Experience required:
- Must have managed teams of at least 20 staff.
- Worked for large corporate companies numbering 1000+ employees
- Proven track record in implementing strong processes and procedures
- Extensive ITIL experience
- Strong project management experience, undertaken ideally as part of a team management role
Although the focus of this role is providing superior customer service to internal stakeholders and leadership of the team, strong technical skills in the following is also ideal:
- Microsoft Server (including SQL Server)
- Microsoft Desktop Management
- Network Management
- Cisco Network Product Knowledge
- IT Backup and Restores Management
- Infrastructure Product Management - Printers, Scanners, etc
- Documentation skills
