We are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work on a fixed-term basis for our client based on the Westside of Brisbane.
Working within the service support team, you will provide end-to-end support to users by utilising your superior customer service and resolution skills.
This company is about one month away from their first go live phase of their new ERM system and have just introduced a new software upgrade.
Along with this implementation you will be kept busy by:
- Providing highest quality support and providing rapid response to any problems or issues identified;
- Identifying, logging and resolving of all customer hardware and software issues;
- Logging of customer requests in a call management application;
- Creation of user accounts;
- Promoting of IT security policies and procedures;
Required skills:
- Experience in using Windows XP;
- Exposure to Citrix;
- Knowledge of Office XP & 2003;
- Knowledge of Wyse terminals;
- PABX (Avaya) and mobile phone support;
- ITIL an advantage;
- Basic laptop, desktop and printer hardware troubleshooting.;
- Excellent customer service.
