Service Co-ordinator/Helpdesk Technician/ATM Service Cooridnator

The client designs, manufactures and operates ATMs, switching and interchange systems, specialized automated cash handling machines and software/middleware solutions.
They are looking for a Service Coordinator to join the logistics manager in the support and coordination of faults and diagnosis.

In order to apply for this role you must possess:

  • Excellent Customer Service and coordination skills.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in providing phone support to resolve technical issues.
  • Need to be flexible to work weekends or longer hours.
