Candle is seeking a Helpdesk Consultant to join a leading telecommunications giant based in Sydney's CBD. This is in an initial 12 month contract with view to permanency / extension.
As Helpdesk Analyst, you will provide product and service solution consultancy to Managed Customers for the resolution of activation and/or assurance inquiries for a range of complex products and services solutions available to the customer.
Essential Skills and Experience -
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Advanced MS Office, Windows XP and/or Windows 7 experience
- Previous experience with Remedy is essential (version 5 or upwards)
- Experience / knowledge of testing, faults, VOIP and advantage
- Be available for shift work (7am - 7pm Monday - Friday)
- Experience working in an ITIL environment is an advantage
