Job Description:
Liaising with internal customers on a daily basis in a approachable and efficient manner
Delivering and meeting customer requests within acceptable and agreed deadlines
Maintain a high level of users' productivity by resolving PC and network hardware / software problems in a timely manner.
Proactively follow up customer requests and inquiries to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
Provide guidance and training to internal customers.
The candidate must have the following level of experience in, or knowledge of:
- general PC support experience.
- experience in Microsoft Windows environments.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft productivity tools, e.g., MS Outlook, Word,
- Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and other office-suite applications.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
In possession of, or in process of training towards MCSE accreditation OR In possession of, or training towards qualifications in a related discipline.
