Our reputable telecommunications client based in North Ryde is currently seeking an experienced Java Portal Developer to join their team of 25.
As the successful candidate you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills. You will have essential database skills along with a broad knowledge of Java and Unix platform.
Essential Skills and Experience
- JAVA - 3+ years
- Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- Strong Unix Platform Experience
- Tomcat and Apache web-servers experience
- Spring MVC framework
- Experience with Eclipse IDE
- SQL and database schema design
- Hibernate
Highly desirable are candidates with the above skill set and experience in Internet and Web technologies, practical experience with version control systems and / or experience with Web Services.
