I am looking for a Client Coordinator to provide a high level of service and support to their customers, both internal and external.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Enter sales orders into SAP accurately and in a timely manner, including part number, customer details and pricing
- Process order cancellations within one hour of receipt
- Record cancellations on the National Logistics Database
- Analyse cancellations by branch weekly, and recommend improvements to the order chain as required
- Ensure invoices are processed effectively and in manner required
- Actively pursue better buying by shopping around other resellers
- Update of ETA's reports from vendors to SAP
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service environment
- Minimum 1 year experience in selling environment
- Experience in professional services advantageous
- Experience in IT industry advantageous

- Understanding of IT principles
- High level of computer literacy
