Our client is currently undertaking a departmental data quality programme involving technical data quality assessment. They are seeking a skilled Senior Data Modeller to work on this strategic and technically challenging project!
The successful Candidates duties will include:
- Create and update data models for systems involved in this project as well as be trained in and perform data profiling, data cleansing and data quality dashboard design
- Report to the Project Manager and to the Manager of Knowledge and Information Services
- Source system analysis (data definition)
- Data modelling
- Data profiling
- Data quality rule generation
- Data cleansing
- Assisting with data transformations
- Maintaining procedures for monitoring and reporting test progress
Specification of Requirements
- Extensive Data Modelling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in or the ability to learn data profiling and data cleansing
- ETL development is highly desirable
- Experience using Enterprise Architect is desirable.
