Notes 6.5 Administration in a clustered and international environment
Notes 8.5 and upgrade practices - XML XPages
Ability to relate directly with staff to determine and specify requirements
SMTP & Mail Routing Concepts
Blackberry BES & Domino integration
Active Directory
Networking Concepts - IP, DNS, DHCP etc
