  • Notes 6.5 Development - Lotus Script, Java & Java Script
  • Notes 6.5 Administration in a clustered and international environment
  • Notes 8.5 and upgrade practices - XML XPages
  • Ability to relate directly with staff to determine and specify requirements
  • SMTP & Mail Routing Concepts
  • Blackberry BES & Domino integration
  • Active Directory
  • Networking Concepts - IP, DNS, DHCP etc
