As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:-
- Ensure Business Requirements Specification Documents meet vendor requirements
- Establish strong relationship with internal business users and various system vendors
- Ensure problem analysis is completed thoroughly
- Ensure system analysis and design for system enhancements/modifications meets the long term business objectives
- Develop the Test Cases in accordance with the new design
- Ensure Quality Controls are met with thorough testing
- Ensure data conversion in existing system comply with the data standards in areas such as customers, items and vendor when due diligence occurs
To be considered for this role, you must possess a strong mix of the following skills:-
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leading business analysis role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in leading small projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in testing and quality control
- Experience in System Development Life Cycle
- Experience within a retail / distribution or FMCG organizations is a major an advantage
- Exposure to disparate system environments (Mainframe, Client-Server, PC, EFTPOS, etc.) an advantage
