Do you have substantial experience and sound skills in technical analysis and technical writing!
The role requires working with management, architects, developers and technical support staff to assess the current support documentation for their systems and proposal of new documentation as required. You will be required to achieve consensus on all relevant components of the final documentation and write that documentation. You will also be required to utilise System Architect to document their current operation of systems.

- Stipulate operational documentation for support teams
- Produce deployment diagrams for operational systems
- Assess shortfalls in documentation
- Provide well written documentation
