Our Top Tier Telecommunications client is currently looking for and experienced Business Analyst to join their Wholesale and Satellite team on an initial 6 month contract.
The Senior Business Analyst is a senior role which requires strong analytical skill, attention to detail in managing both business and technical requirements to deliver a cost effective business solution for major product developments and customer experience improvements. Being the representative for Wholesale Operations, the person is also responsible for driving resolution of issues to maintain or improve operational efficiency.
Essential Skills and Experience -
- Vast and Strong experience in a telecommunications environment specifically in the mobile technology.
- Experience in business analysis and defining detailed business requirements.
- Experience in change management.
- Ability and experience in analysing complex technical issues and to identify resolution paths.
- A detailed understanding of mobile architecture from both an IT as well as a Networks perspective
- Technical understanding of mobile architecture (MSC, HLR, PPIN, BSS, BTS etc) and other Mobile IT systems
- Excellent communication skills - calm and unflustered
- A team player, sharing knowledge
- Someone whom has the capacity and hunger to learn new things, quickly
- A self confident communicator whom is self assertive and able to challenge, push back, champion issues directly for the customer, always acting in the customers interest
